Default Cattleya aclandiae x Rlc. Durigan

The first to bloom had a flower so poor, that I didn't bother to take a photo. This one looks much more promising.

Rlc. Durigan is fairly tall, with PBs in 10-12" range. This hybrid is coming in at 6-7" height. Durigan has a bronze flower with some spots, so this pairing makes some sense.

Flower photo is obviousl taken before flower is fully matured. Will be interesting to see it in about a week.

I like it! Nice form and the spots are really precious. Hopefully, it has that aclandiae fragrance, too. So glad that the second blooming was successful.

I had a Cattleya that's first bloom this summer that did not warrant a photo, either. Hoping the second one is better.
