    Konica Minolta DiMage A200 Test

I've been playing with a Konica Minolta DiMage A200 for a few weeks, now. Some of you probably saw that I used it on my trip to Utah and Colorado. I'll be posting a review for it in the next couple of days and just wanted to give you guys the heads up. I am very impressed with it, for a compact digital camera. Most notable are the 28-200mm Anti Shake lens and the almost imperceptable shutter-lag. As far as compact cameras go, this one is the closest to a digital SLR that I've used.

Since I'm working on the review right now, it's a good time for you guys to ask questions or suggest things for me to test or take note of. I'd appeciate your input. I want to make sure the review is as useful as it can possibly be.

    Thanks!

You don't have to test it thoroughly for this, but it would be nice to know how easy it is to use on manual. Do you have to go through numerous menus to access the shutter and aperture values? Or is it just a few buttons? Low light performance would be nice too.

    Thanks,

Thanks, guys. Both of your questions will be addressed in the review. I appreciate your input. I'm about halfway through writing the intial draft. Jared, I might not have checked on the accessory lenses, if you hadn't asked. So your post was especially useful. Now, that information will definitely be included.

    John,

I know in some reviews, atleast I'm interested in, is what kind of lens work/recommended with the camera, so I'm glad you could incorporate that into your review.

    John,

Love it. Easy to read, great layout, and great sample shots.

Thanks, Jared! I'm glad it's easy to read. I work hard to write an easy to read, and well-edited review. I also have more sample photos to add. I just haven't had time. In particular, I have samples images taken with and without the Anti-Shake on. I think those are pretty valuable.
